5. Credits, Pricing, and Payment

5.1 Credit System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to access AI-powered features and generate content. Credit consumption varies based on the complexity and type of content generated.

5.2 Free Credits

New users receive 100 free credits upon account creation. Free credits may be subject to expiration and usage limitations.

5.3 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans that include monthly credit allocations. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5.4 Payment Terms

• All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified
• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or data

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Content Hero, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

12.1 Informal Resolution

If you have any dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at hello@contenthero.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating any formal proceedings.

12.2 Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
